I believe that this is how music should be uploaded.

At least 256kbps CBR bitrate.
The filename should be Artist/Band - Trackname
MP3 file extension
album covers should be included with the release with the resolution of 600x600 pixels 
covers should be included in the tags of each MP3 file
The cover should be included in the folder aswel at 600x600 in a common image file formwat (jpeg, png etc)
the ID3 standard should be ID3v2.3 or above
The track numbers should be 1/20 2/20 3/20  like... ONE OUT OF 20 tracks that are in the god damn album
And disk numbers should be included like you know.. disk 1 out of 2 
The only fields that should be in the tracks ID3 tags should be
The tracks should be in a folder like this Artist/Band - Title of album    
The start of each word should have a capital letter like this  Must Be The Feeling and not must Be the Feeling.

Album:
Year:
Track:
Genre:
DiscNumber:
Album Art - 600x600 image of the actual album or EP or single.

Just copy the style that this release has used.
